All my dogs have loved these crunchy peanut butter biscuits. I like knowing what goes into the food I give them and I love to bake, so everyone — furry and not-so-furry — wins. Thanks to the King Arthur Flour website for this Lucy-approved recipe!
248g (2 cups) whole wheat flour
85g (1 cup) rolled oats, regular or quick
1 tablespoon dried parsley or 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
53g (½ cup) nonfat dry milk
2 large eggs
269g (1 cup) peanut butter, crunchy or plain
115mL (½ cup / 4 oz.) cold water, enough to make a cohesive dough
Yield: 42 large or 140 mini cookies
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Bake Time: 40-60 minutes
Total Time: 55-75 minutes
